We've had our boat docked here for summer and winter for the past 4 or 5 years. I have never had any issues and I have met many nice people here. There are lots of restaurants and party stores in the area which makes it convenient.

I’d prefer her not to show any photos of the incident that occurred for me at the harbor this past week but unfortunately it resulted in The total loss of my boat due to a dry rotted rubber Bellow tear, sunk it to the bottom at the dock in less than 24 hours,,,I was contacted as soon as possible and treated with the utmost respect by all the young ladies in the office,,the whole ordeal was absolutely terrible… that is except the part where I I was offered a refund for my slip and I know it’s not much too many people but it is for myself and my son …I couldn’t have asked for anything more out of their employees, thank you guys for everything. The ladies in the the office were nothing but kind polite and absolute class acts about the situation… .. thank u from the bottom of my heart and I wouldve and still will recommend Emerald City Harbor toanybody looking for a safe clean environment to have your boat docked it for the summer …there are no better people in the business then at Emerald City Harbor St. Clair Shores thank you for everything…

Been with ECH for over 16 years now. It is like a family. Been very good to me and the guys at Dock Box work their humps off every year. They do their best to keep the troublemakers out and provide an enjoyable boating season.

I bought my first boat from Emerald City Harbor most recently. Dave Reitzel was my salesman and he made it a great experience! Dave is honest and I felt that he put me first though he is a busy guy. I was fortunate to keep my boat at the marina under the covered docks and take care of all my detailing before moving my boat to its new home. The few weeks I was docked at Emerald I was lucky enough to check the place out and it's a really nice place to go. The bathrooms are really nice! The fuel dock is real easy to pull up to and they have multiple pumps ready to go. It seemed to be very family oriented friendly place. Thanks again for the outstanding professional sales and service.

Great place to buy a boat from. Great sales people! Best service department on the lake. Beautiful marina with everything! Fuel dock is setup real nice. Great people good neighbors. I can't even think of one bad thing to say about the marina. rent is steep but for the area and amenities it's worth every penny!
